| 摘 要： | 发展低碳经济已经成为当前的全球性共识。长三角企业的产能结构处于粗放型高碳状态,低碳技术创新能力低,低碳战略转型发展中出现明显信息失衡,政府对企业的低碳转型相关支持政策严重滞后。长三角企业应成为低碳经济的引领者,及时构建低碳技术创新与研发体系,及时发掘低碳信息的潜在价值机会,争取政府发展低碳战略的政策扶植。
