多参研单位大型项目组织管理的研究与应用

分析了多参研单位的项目管理的特点,根据我国某大型科研项目的管理实践进行了总结提炼,提出了在多参研单位情形下项目组织管理中需要解决的问题,重点研究了组织结构的设计、项目的协调与沟通、项目的人力资源管理等内容,对组织管理的内容与方法进行了应用性研究,并总结了行之有效的管理方法,研究得出的结论与方法,对于国家级的多参研单位的大型项目的组织管理工作,对科研管理部门的管理人员,均具有一定的借鉴与参考价值。
