| 摘 要： | 通过对科研院所创新能力构成要素的分析,提出了针对科研院所创新能力提升状况的评价指标体系和评价方法,并对科研机构整体创新能力和个体创新能力的提升状况进行了评价,探讨了影响创新能力整体提升的主要因素。
