| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外有关产业技术创新能力评价指标体系以及评价方法的研究,从技术创新保障能力、创新资源投入能力、技术创新转化吸收能力、创新资源产出能力4个方面构建我国装备制造业的技术创新能力评价指标体系。用因子分析法建立评价模型,以我国装备制造业行业7个子行业2009年面板数据为研究样本,对其技术创新能力进行定量评价和实证分析。
