对当前新疆宏观经济形势的分析与思考

2007年,新疆国民经济保持平稳较快发展态势,增长格局、增长动力和需求结构发生了显著变化,经济发展处于新一轮经济周期上升期的新阶段。本文对经济运行中物价上涨、流动性过剩、投资增速、粮食安全、节能降耗以及经济"冷""热"程度等形势进行了分析和准确判断,并在结合2008年国际、国内经济发展前景和新疆实际的基础上,提出了对新疆国民经济发展趋势的展望和促进经济又好又快发展的对策建议。

An Analysis of and Speculations about Current Macroeconomic Situation in Xinjiang

In 2007,national economy in Xinjiang developed steadily and rapidly,with dramatic changes in growth pattern,growth motive and demand structure.The economy was in a new period of development.The national economy operated more efficiently and people's living standards kept improving.However,much attention should be paid to the issues such as the inflation of prices,fluidity surplus,acceleration rate of investment,food safety,energy saving and the analysis and measure of degrees of economic development.The paper put forward the development trend of national economy in Xinjiang and suggestions on promoting good and fast economic development based on the prospect of national and international economic development and actual situations in Xinjiang.
