| 摘 要： | 以新疆为代表的资源富集区要实现富民强区的战略目标就必须进行产业结构调整,研究适合区域产业优势发挥的产业政策。产业结构调整是伴随经济总量扩张必然面临的经济过程,是经济发展不可逾越的阶段和不可回避的问题。本文通过对新疆产业结构区位商的计算,在新疆产业发展现状的基础上,明确优势产业和劣势产业,分析新疆产业结构发展过程中存在的问题,为新疆产业结构优化布局和提高优势产业的发展地位提供研究参考。
