新疆湿地生态系统保护法律研究

湿地是一种特殊类型的土地资源,是地球上水域和陆地间过渡的生态系统,具有极高的经济价值、生态价值和社会价值,因此越来越受到人们的重视。当前在对新疆湿地保护中存在的首要问题就是湿地保护法律法规不健全、不完善。因此要从充分考虑新疆特殊资源环境与经济发展的实际情况出发,加快完善新疆湿地保护立法,有针对性地提出湿地保护法律细则,做到有的放矢。

A Research on Wetland Protection Legislation Protection in Xinjiang

As a special type of land resources,wetland is a transition ecological system from waters to lands on the earth,which has very high economic,ecological and social value.So the world pays more and more attention to the protection and reasonable use of wetland.Wetland protection legislation also has a series of problems;the wetland protection lacks the systematization the safeguard.We must take full consideration of specialty of resources environment and status quo of economic development in Xinjiang to accelerate the legislation protection of wetland in Xinjiang to realize its sustainable development.
