卷筒纸输纸装置设计研究

摘    要:为了提高卷筒纸输纸装置的稳定性,降低设备成本,必须对输纸装置结构进行动力特性分析和优化设计。本文通过纸卷陀螺效应的动力学分析,得到纸卷偏心量与轴承载荷之间的关系曲线,发现偏心量的微量变化会引起轴承载荷的成倍增加。运用有限元分析方法对输纸装置进行振动特性研究,得到输纸装置前六阶固有频率和主振型,为卷筒纸输纸装置的结构改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract:To improve the stability of web feeding device and decrease cost of equipment,the dynamic characteristics and optimization design should be analysed.The relation curve of the web's eccentricity and bearing load was obtained by dynamic analysis of gyroscopic effect.It was found that tiny changes in eccentricity would cause the multiplying changes of bearing load.The first six order natural frequencies and main vibration mode of web feeding device were gotten through finite element analysis,which will provide a theoretical basis for structural improvement.
