Effects of the Assets Specificity on Demand-Supply under Uncertainty

Modern economics has made a sustainable and in-depth study on the supposition of the economic man,but neglected the fluid of the assets for quite a long time.Though the influence of the assets specificity on the economic organizations gets more and more attention,its influence on the equilibrium of the demand-supply under uncertainty has not been fully addressed.This paper discusses the influence of the existence of assets specificity and conversion cost on market demand-supply equilibrium and economic cycle under uncertainty.
