摘    要:电力系统的规模的扩大和现代化水平的提高,对变电站监控和保护系统的可靠性、安全行、经济性和可用性的要求越来越高。随着自动化技术、计算机技术和通信技术的发展,变电站综合自动化技术得到迅速发展。很多按新概念、新原理设计的变电站综合自动化系统投入运行,展现了其极强的生命力,也促使变电站综合自动化技术迅速推广和应用,并成为我国电力工业推行技术进步的重点之一。

Abstract:With the expansion of the scale of power system and the improvement of modernization,the requirements of reliability,safety,economy and usability for the monitoring and protection of substion become more and more demanding.The development of automation,computer and communication technology brings the rapid development of the integrated automation of substation.Many substation integrated automation systems,based on new concepet and design,are being worked and showing a strong vitality,thus causing the integrated automation technology to be rapidly popularized and used,which becomes one of the key promoting technologies in the nation's power industry.
