| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the alternation of industrial structure,we draw the conclusion that the economy of Hebei province lies on the first stage of the middle period in industrialization,in which the economic increase depends mostly on investment & tech-innovation .By the way of sorting out & outlining the data on tech-innovation,combining the fact of the activities of science & technology,we perspect the situation of tech-innovation in Hebei province. |
