| 摘 要： | 制造企业对废旧产品进行回收再利用,是节约资源和保护环境的有效方式。产品拆卸是实现废旧产品回收再利用的重要手段,是实现产品生命周期完整性与封闭性的必要环节。本文详尽分析了产品拆卸线的影响因素,并将产品拆卸线与产品装配线作了对比;然后针对产品拆卸线的平衡问题,构建了多目标优化模型。

| Abstract: | Recycling of the discarded products is an effective mode to save resource protect environment for the manufacturing corporation. Products disassembly is an important mean to implement the product recycling,and is a necessary step to realize the integrity of the product life cycle. In this paper,the influencing factors of the product disassembly line were analyzed in detail,and a comparision was made between the product disassembly line and assembly line.Further, a multi-objective optimization model was founded to solve the balancing problem of the product disassembly line. |
