| 摘 要： | 本文对我国当前的油价机制从理论和数量两方面进行了分析，指出我国能否从与国际油价接轨中获益的关键在于能否获得海外的石油资源，与国际油价接轨的油价机制虽然有利于鼓励我国石油企业“走出去”，但这种价格机制的重大缺陷是没有明确规定原油与成品油的价差和调整标准，以及风险防范措施。针对我国油价机制所存在的问题，本文提出了进一步完善我国油价机制的措施与建议。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the Chinese oil price mechanism by theory and data. Chinese oil benefits after taking international oil price level is determined by the amount of oil resources that Chinese oil producers can get abroad.Oil price mechanism taking international oil price level encourages Chinese oil producers to get oil resources abroad, however there are imperfections on risk control and price relationship between crude oil and petroleum products,hence the paper gives solving suggestions and measures. |
