| 摘 要： | 首先对利率制度的发展推动资产负债管理的发展进行了回顾与总结，又对我国目前利率市场化现状不利于银行业进行资产负债比例管理做了一进一步探讨，认为资产负债管理是银行经营的一个重要内容，对其发展具有重要影响，并提出利率形成机制及监督指标体系都需进行改革。
