To Analyse on the Estimate of Venture Investment Project Based on Real Option

Risk investment projects and other projects greater uncertainty than in the traditional methods of investment decision-making,risk the uncertainty of investment projects will allow the project to lower the value of the investment,and real options methods as a new method for investment decisions risk of uncertainty in the investment of the project to provide a solution ideas.This paper attempts to introduce the real options theory to the risk assessment of investment projects,and the traditional methods and combine real options approach,the project aims to improve the investment risk evaluation method.Finally concluded that Real Option Approach for investors to continue to invest to provide a scientific basis for their investment decisions in the risk of great significance.
