民营企业员工忠诚度探析

Analysis of Private Enterprise Employee Loyalty

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and rapid economic development,more and more companies began to realize the importance of talent for business to gain a competitive advantage.It has become a matter of common concern of business managers that how to increase employee loyalty.This article elaborated China's current situation of private enterprise employee loyalty,analyzed the factors of influencing the private enterprise staff loyalty,and proposed ways to improve employee loyalty,hoping to provide reference for management and practice of employee loyalty of private enterprises.
