| 摘 要： | 绩效管理是一个由绩效计划、绩效实施、绩效评价以及绩效反馈等一系列活动构成的有机系统。在企业管理中占据着重要的位置,本文论述了绩效管理中的沟通机制建设的必要性和重要性,从分析事业单位绩效管理中沟通的不当做法的问题,指出单位绩效管理中沟通机制建立应着重做到的几个方面。

| Abstract: | Performance management is an organic system consisting of performance plan,performance implementation,performance evaluation and performance feedback.In enterprise management,it occupies an important position.This paper discusses the necessity and importance of establishing the communication mechanism in the performance management.Starting from analyzing the problems in performance management in institutions,it points out the measures on establishing communication mechanism in performance management in institutions. |
