网络背景下新媒体人才培养与公关专业教育

随着社会的不断发展,新媒体已经进入并且丰富着我们的生活,而社会也越来越多的需求新媒体人才,而我国新媒体专业发展晚而且层次比较低,并且都是从原来的新闻等专业转化而来,因此专业性不强。面对这些不能适应社会发展需要的状况,笔者提出了几点建设新媒体专业的几点建议,对促进新媒体专业的建设提供了一些参考。同时,为了提高新媒体教学的效果和质量,高效应当注重"双师型"教师队伍的建设。此外,为了提高学生的实际操作能力和实践能力,提出了"双证书"人才的培养。通过对教师以及教学内容和教学方式的改变,为培养适应社会需要的实践性人才奠定了坚实的基础。

New Media Personnel Training and Public Relations Education in Network Context

With the continuous development of society,the new media has entered and enrich our life,while the society needs more and more new media personnel.However,the development of the new media in China is late,and the level is relatively low,new media major comes from the original news major,therefore its professional is not strong.In the face of these situation that can't meet the needs of social development,the author puts forward the proposals for the construction of new media,and provides some references for promoting the construction of new media professional.At the same time,in order to improve the teaching effect and quality of new media,the construction of " the double teachers " troop should be focused on.In addition,in order to improve the students' practical ability and practice ability," double certificates" talent training plan is put forward.The change of teachers,teaching contents and teaching methods has laid a solid foundation for cultivating the talents the society needs.
