以学术社团为载体培养大学生创新竞赛能力的研究

以我校学生学术社团参与大学生科技竞赛的组织形式为例,提出以学术社团为载体,发挥社团的组织优势,培养大学生的创新能力、团队合作精神和竞赛获奖成绩,营造学校创新竞赛氛围,以期为高校科技竞赛组织管理工作提供一种思路。

Study on Improving College Students' Innovation Ability for Science and Technology Competitions by Academic Community

The paper analyzes the case of the college academic community organization to participate in the science and technology competitions,comes to conclusion that with the help of the college academic community,we can develop its advantages,cultivate college students' innovative ability,the team cooperation spirit and the competition results,then create the atmosphere of the whole school innovation competition,in order to provide a way for the college organizing science and technology competitions.
