核电站备品备件管理方案探讨

随着我国在运核电机组的不断增加,对统一技术路线下多个核电站的备品备件进行科学优化并集约化管理,在提高核电站安全和运营水平的同时,节省在备品备件上的采购费用和管理投入,提高电站盈利水平及核心竞争力,是电站投资方和运营方利益最大化的必然选择。本文在对国内外各类电站备品备件管理现状和问题进行分析和研究的基础上,阐述了对我国核电站备品备件精细化管理的构想,提出了一套分布式核电站备品备件集约化的管理策略和方案。

Study of Spare Parts Management Strategy for Nuclear Power Plant

As the development of Chinese nuclear power technology,it is very important to optimize the procurement of spare parts for scientific optimization and intensive management for several units used the same type of reactor.To improve the operational safety and operation level,save the cost of spare parts,improve the level of earnings and competitiveness,is inevitable choice of benefit maximization for investors.Based on the study of all kinds of power station spare parts management in the world,this paper expounds the idea of fine management and forward a distributed management strategy and scheme for the spare parts.
