基于模糊综合评判的制造企业原材料库存控制

模糊综合评判是具有多目标、多层次的复杂系统。在分析供应链环境下制造企业原材料评价因素的基础上,将模糊综合评判法用于企业原材料库存管理,改进传统的ABC分类法。应用实例说明,该法对改进生产制造企业物料库存管理方式具有可行性。

Storage Control of Raw and Processed Materials in Manufacture Factory Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a complicated system consisting of multiple targets, multiple hierarchies. On the basis of analysis of evaluation factor of raw and processed materials in manufacture factor in the supply chain. The paper introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the management of raw and processed materials to improve ABC classification method. An example demonstrates that the proposed method is feasible to improve the manage mode of storage control of materiel in manufacture factory.
