| 摘 要： | 服务质量是旅游业的生命，造成我国旅游业服务质量不高的主要原因有旅游法制不健全、旅游市场竞争不充分、旅游企业缺乏服务意识与品牌意识以及不重视提高员工的素质等。该文认为一方面政府应加速立法、进行服务和管理创新；另一方面旅游企业应加强服务意识与品牌意识、提高员工素质，以期共同解决该问题。
