旅游管理专业学生饭店就业观的塑造

The number of students who major in tourism management is increasing fast,however,qualified people for hotel management are in a situation of serious lacking.All the related such as hotels,universities and undergraduates should take a serious consideration on this issue.Teachers should concern it also.As instructors,they should help students to have correct ideas of how to start their careers.The principles of mushroom growth may open and enlighten students to smooth away their impatience,and the rule of "twenty and eighty" may inspire students to choose hotel as their main work field,and try to be an excellent hotel managers as their life goal.
