| 摘 要： | 以钱纳里和赛尔奎因的工业化与城市化一般变动模型作为标准的变动模式，结合1985年-2004年国内关于城市化与工业化方面的统计数据，从整体关系和工业化内部产业结构方面进行线性回归分析，可发现：我国城市化与工业化关系符合世界城市发展规律，但城市化发展主要由第三产业就业推动。现阶段可通过发展第三产业及促进农村工业城市化来满足城市化进程的需要。
