旋流分离技术在环己烷氧化生产中的应用

摘    要:废碱液的分离是环己烷氧化制环己酮工艺的一项难题,如果废碱液分离不彻底,将导致烷蒸馏塔系统带碱,致使醇酮缩合、换热器结垢,使生产消耗增加、装置运行周期缩短。旋流分离技术是一项新型的分离技术。文章主要介绍通过实际操作,有效地应用旋流分离技术解决环己烷氧化装置废碱液分离不彻底的问题。

Abstract:The separation of waste lye is a difficult problem of producing ketone with naphthene oxidation, if waste lye is not separated completely, it will lead to the alkane distillation column system has alkali, alcohol ketone condenses, heat exchanger forms dirt, make production consumption increasing, device operation cycle is shortened. Swirl separation technology is a new separation technology. Through practical operation, the authors introduced that adopting swirl separation technology can solve the problem that naphthene oxidation device' waste lye can not be separated completely.
