浅谈企业核心员工职业生涯管理

摘    要:随着中国经济的快速发展,企业核心竞争力需求的进一步提高,以人为本,切实提高人力资源的有效性成为现代企业的必然选择。如何开发企业核心员工的潜能,更好地帮助核心员工实现自我价值,是现代企业人力资源管理所面临的挑战。本文首先对核心员工进行了界定, 然后介绍了核心员工职业生涯管理的内涵和意义,最后阐述了企业加强核心员工职业生涯管理的相关对策。
