| Abstract: | The optional teaching by students adopted in P.E in colleges is a new break though and developing tendency of the P.E aching.It is benefitial to increase the students' subjective sense and the habits to enter the physical exercises all their lives. It is also benefitial for the colleges to develop the functions of the limited resources for sports this article self it discusses the meaning ,method and notes about carrying out the optional teaching method. |
