| 摘 要： | 会计人才的培养是一个系统工程,同时需要教师和学生、教学和科研、学校和用人单位、主观和客观等,多方面相互支撑。本文通过会计人员自身的反馈信息,及用人单位对会计人员的需求情况,进行调查与分析,得到一些关于会计人才培养的有益启示,对教学改革有一定借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Accounting talents' raising is a systematic engineering, which needs mutual support between the teacher and the student, the teaching and the scientific research, the school and the employer, subjective and objective factors and so on. Through researches and analyses conducted on accountants' own feedback information and their employers' demands, this article reveals some beneficial enlightenment on the accounting talents' raising, which will be hoped to have some model functions to the educational reform |
