| Abstract: | Taking the basic connotation of the new urbanization as its argument basis, the article summarized the manifestations that the legal rights and interests protection to migrant works is still insufficient. Meanwhile , it analyzed the causes of this situation. The article proposed some basic countermeasures to strengthen and improve migrant workers legal rights and interests protection in the new urbanization background. |
