| Abstract: | This paper discusses necessity of establishing project post evaluation system in accordance with the decision regarding investment system made by the State Council.The theory and method of project post evaluation are well described. Power project is huge in investment,long in construction period with many uncertain factors and risks,it is important not only to strengthen pre-evaluation of power project,but also to pay more attention to post evaluation of the project. |
