试论我国推行资产证券化的切入点、难点与支撑点

资产证券化作为一种金融创新工具,在我国推行具有重大的战略意义.现在要在我国推行:首先要结合我国的国情,同时借鉴发达市场经济国家推行资产证券化的经验与教训,把住房抵押贷款作为我国推行资产证券化的切入点,在此基础上,逐步推开;其次要弄清我国在推行资产证券化的过程中所遇到的制度与市场环境方面的障碍;最后要采取一系列措施,为我国资产证券化的顺利推行提供有力的支撑点.
