国外中小企业融资经验对我国的启示

经历上百年私有化进程,西方国家已形成了成熟的中小企业融资经验;上世纪50年代以来,亚太地区一些国家经济快速发展,也积累了丰富的中小企业发展经验。中小企业作为我国经济发展的主体,发展中面临诸多困难。因此,我们有必要借鉴国外的融资经验。

Foreign small and medium enterprise financing experience's inspiration on China

With the experience of privatization process more than 100 years,Western countries have form nature development experiences of SMEs;and since the 1950s,some countries in Asia-Pacific region have experienced rapid economic development,accumulating much development experiences of SMEs.As major ingredients in China＇s economic form,SMEs are meeting many difficulties in development process.Therefore,it’s necessary for us to learn from foreign’s financing experience.
