随着2014年美国承诺的将从阿富汗全面撤军日期的临近,中亚国家对美国撤军后阿富汗局势及其对中亚安全的影响也表现出空前的关注,并提出较为客观的认识和清晰的解决思路。然而,在未来十年,影响中亚地区安全局势的因素不仅仅是阿富汗问题,中亚安全还面临着一系列的挑战。如何顺利应对这些挑战,离不开中亚国家与中国、俄罗斯在上海合作组织框架下的充分合作。

SCO Security Cooperation in the Future: Viewed from the Impact of the Afghanistan Issue on Central Asian

As the date draws near for complete withdrawal of U.S.troops from Afghanistan,the Central Asian countries are concerned with the situation in Afghanistan and its impact on Central Asia after the withdrawal of the U.S.troops.However,in the next decade,the factors that will affect the security of Central Asia are not just the issue of Afghanistan.In fact,Central Asian countries are also confronted with a number of challenges.To deal with these challenges successfully,the Central Asian countries will have to develop good cooperation with China and Russia within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
