摘    要:公司制国有企业高管约束问题一直是理论和实务界讨论的热点。在公司治理不断完善、公司经营日益规范的今天,对公司制国企高管人员的“问责”应该进行相应的健全,这也是企业能够健康、良性发展的保证。
