| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析关税联盟条件下新疆边境小额贸易的物流通关需求，对以单一货类通关为条件的口岸物流系统进行了分析，设计出以货物通关流程为导向的口岸分拣系统，并以霍尔果斯口岸为例，利用EIQ分析对分拣作业进行了研究，并明确了相应的分拣策略。

| Abstract: | Under the conditions of the customs union, this pa- per analyzes the requirements of logistics customs in Xinjiangborder small-volume trade. Taken a single class of goods clearance as a condition, we analyze the port logistics system and design the port picking system oriented by cargo clear- ance process. Taken Horgos port as an example, we make a research an order picking with the use of EIQ analysis method, which makes it clear that the corresponding picking strategy should be used. |
