煤层冲刷带软岩巷道支护技术研究

摘    要:平朔井工三矿东翼辅运大巷穿过煤层冲刷带,围岩软弱破碎,顶板沙化。原锚网索支护方式难以维护巷道围岩稳定。研究提出了高强度铜管混凝土支架支护技术方案。采用FLAC3D数值软件,模拟分析了两种支护方式条件下的巷道稳定性。分析得出,锚网索支护巷道顶板和两帮会形成扇形破坏区.硕板位移量达176mm,巷道不稳定;高强度钢管混凝土支架支护可有效限制巷道变形,破坏区域少,应力集中程度小,巷道稳定。

Abstract:Because of the east roadway located in the erosion zones of Pingshuo coal mine,the surrounding rock is broken.The bolt-mesh-anchor support couldn't keep the stabilization of the surrounding rock,so the schemes of concrete-filled steel tube supports has been advanced.The roadway stability in these two situations has been analyzed by FLAC3D,and we obtained the conclusion that the roof convergence has reached 176 mm and the roadway's sides and roof will come into being fan-shaped failure zone under the bolt-me...
