论我国审判独立的实现方式

随着我国经济体制改革的深入和政治体制改革的推进，作为国家上层建筑的司法制度也必然要发生相应的变化。推进司法改革，应从制度上保证司法机关依法独立公正地行使审判权，但从目前来看，达到此目标还有一定的差距，本文就此做了讨论，分析了审判独立的含义、特点，指出了推进审判独立存在的现实困难，并提出了改进的建议。

On Realization of the Independent Trial in China

With the improving of reform of the economic system and political system,the system of justice must be reformed relevantly according to the realm of the superstructure in China.In order to go deep into the reform of the justice,the independence of judicial organ should be guaranteed according to law,which can make judicial authority independent and fair.But at now ,there is still gap to that aim. This thesis discusses how to improve it and points out the practical difficulties in improving this judicial independence.
