| 摘 要： | 分析了河北高等教育与地方低碳经济发展的现状,指出了高等教育与地方低碳经济发展中存在的问题,遵循高等教育的发展规律,提出了高等教育与地方低碳经济协调发展中的对策与措施,探索了高等教育服务地方低碳经济的途径,对高等教育服务于地方低碳经济发展、办好人民满意的大学和促进地方低碳经济又好又快的发展有着重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | In the low-carbon era,the relationship between higher education and low-carbon economy is becoming more and more closed.This paper analyzes the present situation of higher education and local low-carbon economy in Hebei province,and then finds out the problems that exist in the development of the higher education and low-carbon economy.Following the development law of the higher education,this paper presents some suitable measures for coordinating the development of higher education and local low-carbon economy and explores the effective methods for higher education to serve local low-carbon economy.It might have some significance in building a satisfactory university and promoting the low-carbon economy. |
