低碳经济视角下福建省“十二五”期间能源消费分析

从福建省低碳经济发展的能源消费现状,并与华东等地区进行了比较可知,福建省是一个能源短缺和能源消耗量大的省份,经济的快速发展仍然较为严重地依赖于能源的高速增长,发展低碳经济任重而道远。面对如此省情,＂十二五＂期间及以后,福建省急需在借鉴发达国家和地区发展低碳经济经验的基础上,着实落实低碳经济配套政策和低碳消费制度体系创新,以国际标准指导并进一步实施节能减排,促进能源与经济的协调发展,最终实现低碳经济发展的目标。

Analysis On Energy Consumption In Fujian About Low Carbon Economy During Twelfth Five-year Plan
