| 摘 要： | 黑龙江地区拥有深厚的文化资源,统一规范相关表述语,有利于精神文化传承,助力于黑龙江的全面振兴。黑龙江优秀精神产生的实践基础可以从自古以来黑龙江人民的生产生活实践、近代以来黑龙江的革命与建设实践、改革开放以来黑龙江中国特色社会主义建设实践三个历史时期进行分析,在此基础上,依据共通性、认同性、引领性等原则提炼出黑龙江优秀精神的内涵,即顾全大局、甘于奉献的爱国精神,勇于挑战、开拓进取的实干精神,开放包容、众志成城的创业精神。
