| 摘 要： | 在全球化知识化和信息的环境下，企业这个生命的有机体的价值在于其“智商”，本提出了“企业智商”的概念，从企业智商及其建设，企业智商与企业价值的关系，企业智商增加企业价值的途径三方面论述了企业的新增长点在于企业智商。
