| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下,造就高素质的企业家队伍已成为具有战略意义的重大工程,其核心就是建立和健全企业家的激励机制及相应的约束机制,这既有利于国企的健康可持续发展,也有利于企业家的职业化发展和激发他们的创业激情。
