| 摘 要： | 面对工程市场众多的工程项目招标,承包商想要正确的做出投标决策,就必须对工程项目的各种不确定因素进行分析和预测。承包商通常把预期的利润作为投标决策依据。但利润只能反映在一定的成本计算方法下投标项目本身的效益,并不能反映出该项目对整个公司的影响。预期利润最大的投标项目并不一定对整个公司的贡献最大。依据预期利润大小做出的决策,不一定是对整个公司最有利的决策。基于此,定义了项目现值的概念。提出了投标决策的项目现值思维分析。

| Abstract: | Nowdays,there are multitudinous bid-invitations in the construction market.In order to make a wise bidding decision,it is very necessary for a contractor to analyze and predict various uncertain factors in the engineering projects.Usually,contractors would base their decisions on the predicted profits.But,in fact,instead of indicating the influence of the project on the whole company,profit can only reflect the benefits of the bidded projects in a certain cost calculation.For a company,the predicted greatest-profit-taking project does not equal the greatest-contribution-making one.Meanwhile sometimes the decision based on the predicted profits is not the most beneficial one.In this situation,the definition of the current money of project is given and the analysis of the current money of the bidding decision is also offered in this paper. |
