| 摘 要： | 生态文明的内涵主要体现在可持续性、整体性、平等性、和谐性4个方面，应借鉴西方发达国家生态文明建设的经验，加强生态知识教育，改变传统生活方式，大力发展循环经济，充分发挥科技对生态文明建设的促进作用，不断完善相关政策和法律体系。

| Abstract: | The connotation of the ecological civilization is mainly reflected in the four aspects of sustainability,integrity,equality and harmony.It is quite necessary to use the experience of ecological civilization construction in western developed countries for reference,strengthen the education of ecological knowledge,change the traditional life style,develop the recycle economy vigorously,execute fully the stimulating function of science and technology towards the construction of ecological civilization,and perfect the relevant policy and law system. |
