| 摘 要： | 新疆的工业化水平远低于全国的平均水平，正处于工业化的重要阶段。轻工业、机械加工制造业明显滞后于重工业的发展。新疆主要工业产业具有较大的发展潜力。优化新疆宏观制度环境，加快人力资本积累，实行人力资本与非人力资本平等合资的经济制度，以信息化促进工业化，是新疆工业实现跨越式发展的有效途径。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the status of industrial industry in Xinjiang in the national economy of Xinjiang, the internal structure, efficiency and benefit of each major branch of the industrial industry in Xinjiang, the article holds the opinion that the development of secondary industry in a more cost-effective manner should be promoted at the present stage in Xinjiang should be promoted. After a thorough study of the status quo of the competitiveness of 10 major branches, the article put forward ideas of how to develop each branch tentatively and proposes four countermeasures and suggestions of the promoting industrial industry's competitiveness in Xinjiang. |
