| Abstract: | As well - known,21st century is called information age in which incorporeal assets have become an important economic resources. Its nature,characteristic and business accounting have been discussed in this essay. Mean- while, it also expounds that the managers at hospitals must improve the recognition on incorporeal assets, and take concrete and effective management measures so as to give the reins to its tremendous forces. |
