探索高职院校“校中厂”的运行机制

深化校企合作,建立校内生产性实训基地,创建"校中厂"是有效实施工学交替人才培养模式的基本条件。在建设"校中厂"实训基地的过程中,要坚持校企共建,明确人才培养目标,建立长效可行的运行机制,深化教育教学改革,是实现校企深度融合、长久的重要条件。黄冈职业技术学院机电学院在运行机制问题、利益驱动等方面做了有效的尝试,并取得一定的成绩。

Exploration on Operation Mechanism of "Factory in Schools" in Higher Vocational Colleges

To deepen the school-enterprise cooperation,establish productive training base in school and create "Factory in Schools" are the basic conditions for effectively implementing working and learning alternation training pattern.In process of building "Factory in Schools" training base,we must persist in building by schools and enterprises,clear training objectives,create long-term viable operating mechanism,deepen the reform of education and teaching,which is the important condition for achieving the deep school-enterprise integration with long time.School of Electrical and Mechanical in Huanggang Polytechnic College made valid attempt in operating mechanism and profit-driven aspects and achieved certain results.
