门诊"一卡通"系统就是以记录患者唯一ID号标识的医疗卡为主线,贯穿患者来院就诊从建卡、充值、挂号、就诊、交费、结算到检验、检查结果打印、药房取药等门诊全部流程,实现"先交费、后结算"的就诊模式,优化了就医流程,缩短了患者就诊时间,提高了患者的满意度。

Design and Application of Smart Card System for Out-Patient

The smart card system for Out-Patient mainly contains the medical card with private ID of patients who consulting treatment in the hospital.It runs through the whole process from card building,recharging,registration,hospital visiting,payment and settlement to test and checking result printing as well as medicine taking,etc.As a result,it realizes the visiting model of "payment first,settlement later",and optimizes the visiting process,which reduces the visiting time and greatly improves the patients’ satisfaction.
