摘    要:学生是教学的主体,教师只有了解学生,方能确保学生的教学主体地位。教师根据学生的学习心理、知识基础、求知需求和个性差异等情况,灵活运用恰当的教学方法,必定会收到良好的教学效果,使学生的主体地位得以突显。要了解学生,最重要的是转变观念,建立平等、民主的师生关系;通过和学生本人或其他同学的交谈获取信息;教师亲自观察亦不失为了解学生情况的有效途径。

Abstract:The students are the main body in the teaching process,only when the teachers understand the students,they can ensure the students’ main body status in the teaching process.According to the students’ learning psychology,knowledge base,knowledge needs and personality differences,flexibility in the use of appropriate teaching methods,the teachers will receive good teaching effect and highlight the main body status.In order to understand the students,the most important thing is to change idea,establish the equal,democratic relation between teachers and students;through students themselves or other students obtain information;it is also the effective way to understand students by the teachers personally observation.
