战略管理开放式教学模式的思考

企业战略管理是经济管理类专业的核心课程之一。传统的战略管理课程授课方式给人空洞乏味的感觉。开放式教育以创新、包容、灵活的方式,能够有效提高学生课堂参与度和授课效率,被视为未来教学的主导方式。文章结合企业战略管理课程特点,从战略管理开放式教学模式的必要性、路径选择和应当注意的问题三个方面进行了分析和研究,总结了企业战略管理课程开放式教学的6种授课方式,提出了相应的课时安排、考核方式、学科衔接以及硬件配备等建议。

Reflection on the Open Teaching Mode of Strategic Management

The enterprise strategic management is one of the core courses of economics and management major.The traditional teaching way of strategic management course is empty and boring.Open education can effectively increase students’ class participation and efficiency of instruction due to its innovative,inclusive and flexible manner,so it is seen as a leading way of future teaching.This article,combining the character of enterprise strategic management course,makes analysis and research from the necessity,route choice and problems of open teaching mode of strategy management,summarizes six kinds of teaching methods,and puts forward corresponding scheduling,examination way,the convergence of disciplines,as well as hardware equipment.
